These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88gf ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 88gf website located at https://88gf.io and all associated sub-pages, services, and features.

By completing the 88gf registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional activity offered by 88gf, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with 88gf and acknowledging your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Use of the 88gf platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88gf does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 88gf or any associated platform at the time of account creation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 88gf, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

88gf employs age and identity verification procedures for all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses therein.

When registering your 88gf account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change, including your contact information and payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88gf will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 88gf support immediately via the live chat or email channels detailed in Section 14 of these Terms. 88gf may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any security concern.

88gf accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the payment methods listed below. Availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 88gf does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

88gf does not charge platform-side transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside of 88gf's control. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals may be subject to a review period, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-sum requests, or accounts that have recently updated their payment details. 88gf may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal as part of its ongoing fraud prevention and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations.

88gf offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. • Welcome bonuses are available to new players upon first deposit. Eligibility criteria and wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• 88gf reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

All sports bets placed on the 88gf sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface for each market.

• Bets are only accepted on markets that are officially open at the time the wager is placed. Any bet placed on a market that has been suspended or closed will be voided and the stake returned.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds available at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by the system. 88gf does not guarantee that the odds visible during the placement process are those at which the bet is ultimately accepted, as odds in live markets may shift between placement and confirmation.
• 88gf reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a software error, data feed error, or clear pricing error, regardless of whether a settlement has already occurred. Affected stakes will be returned to the player.
• Maximum bet limits apply on a per-market basis and are visible within the sportsbook interface. Bets exceeding the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted stake at 88gf's discretion.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures — are subject to the applicable cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook, including provisions for abandoned matches, reduced-overs games, and DLS method outcomes.

88gf uses real-time data feeds from accredited sports data providers. In the event of a discrepancy between the data displayed on the 88gf platform and official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.), the official governing body's result will prevail for settlement purposes.

All casino games available on the 88gf platform — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party software suppliers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game is governed by its own rules as determined by the software provider.

All slot titles and RNG-based casino games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested by the respective software providers. • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Colluding with other players on live casino tables or in any game format where collusion confers an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 88gf platform's software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions or account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 88gf staff, agents, or other users.

These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.

88gf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 88gf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88gf does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. 88gf will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

You may request the closure of your 88gf account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, any available balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

88gf reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder without valid grounds.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 88gf reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, the relevant funds may be frozen and referred to appropriate authorities.

However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the 88gf platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and request account closure as described in Section 12.

88gf aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, escalation procedures will be communicated to you by the 88gf support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute arising from your use of the 88gf platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.
